Your request must be submitted no later than 48 hours before your flight departure time.
After this time, we will make every effort to prepare the necessary assistance, without guarantee.
Important: the transport of passengers on a stretcher as well as the transport of people requiring the use of permanent therapeutic oxygen is not authorized on Transair flights, unless it is a special medical repatriation flight.
On departure and arrival at airports, Transair applies the regulations in force in the country concerned.
In accordance with the regulations, the company reserves the right to accept or not the passenger with reduced mobility, depending on its operational or security constraints. For example: if the size of the aircraft or its doors makes it physically impossible to board or transport that person.
